Fantastic video! That's how I've been doing them over the past year. Something small you should've mentioned is that you can't use much IPA on lcd's. If alcohol finds it's way to the backlight, you're done :D

The top near the camera had a very thick adhesive strip. The suction cup was just as strong as the glue...which caused mine to crack. I had about 70% of it removed when it happened 😢

Maybe you can answer my question for me. I have two ipad pro 11 3rd gen. One has a cracked screen, one has a perfect screen but wont keep a charge. Can i just swap screens? I dont care about face ID so is it as easy as taking them off and swapping without replacing sensors?
