I always pull on these, and the ones in the gas pumps. I've found three over the last ten years. I call the police every time, they come out and check where the info is going to. I've had one gas station owner arrested, the others were done on the pumps by people who came in as customers, but their faces are all over my hometown. I do it at retail stores too, a coworker of mine found one at Target like this. Be vigilant.
