When you are checking for the skimmer, don't do it with subtlety in the fear of being weird, do it crazily so you don't get confused for the culprit if someone else puts a skimmer there later on.

Yeah I actually seen one of these, they were in a hardware store, I immediately said I’m not paying for these things and immediately ripped the thing off the machine and I put it on the counter and they accused me of breaking it until they seen I didn’t break it.
