Trouble shooting your problem buddy. It sounds or appears to be your throttle body idle sensor. OR Here's what you have to do, pull your UPSTREAM O2 sensor out and start the car, if the idle stays normal your catalytic is clogged. Your car will throw a code after removing the o2 sensor just erase it after your perform this step. There is no air leak at all. Clean your throttle body as well. Let me know if I was able to help.

Hi. I just got a 2004 Accord 2.0 cl7 a week ago. My car's idle was at around 600, and yesterday I found it became 500rpm when car is warm. There is no vibration or engine light. But once I turn on the A/C, the car would vibrate obviously. How can I fix it?

No luck for me on this. I even disconnected for 15 mins. Still my idle goes up n down at start up even on hot engine. I’ll start it goes up to 1500 then fluctuates down to 1000/900 where it stays.

I have a small problem with my Honda Accorrd 2.0 sport 2006, problem is that RPM is 0, 6 instead of 0, 9, and motor is shaking a bit due to slowmottion. Do you know how to adjust.

Genius Asian same issues arise in hyundai i20 with low rpm 600 after installing new battery.
I did the same process as shown in this video. However, no effective good results. Also, throttle body clean. But no good rpm. The original rpm is 800 or 850 rpm at idle.

Hello everybody, I have a 2006 Honda Accord EX 2.4L K24A8 engine(I4) and its perfect condition, well maintained from me and the past original owner. The issue I’m having is that when I want to accelerate it feels like it doesn’t and I see my RPM struggling to past 3000. I can get to 65 on the freeway but it takes a while. The transmission feels smooth and shifts fine. I have clean my mass airflow sensor, bought a new throttle body and EGR valve, sparks plug are new, new air filter and new starter but I still have the problem. Any clue what could be?

The idle relearn procedure is not necessary unless you modified the car intake or added on a new exhaust. The ecu adjusts the air and fuel mixture for idle while you drive via the oxygen sensor. The warm learn procedure is purely wasteful in my opinion. If your having an idle issue check for vacuum leaks or a bad idle air control in your throttle body they do stick and hang when the engine gets too many miles. Also wash your engine it does not hurt to keep it clean and makes fixing it a breeze.

Did not work at all, tried multiple times with battery disconnected for few hours, discharge by joining cables, its just crappy, learnt the hard way never clean Throttle body of Honda Accord - I HATE when i have to pay the STEALERSHIPS 150$ just for PCM reset this will be my last Honda.
