I'm totally new to this kind of training. What would an upper body training session look like? Should all exercises be done with 3 sets and 8-10 reps?

Very nice!
In my boxing gym, our trainer makes us do(more or less) the same exercises with dumbbells instead of the barbell...

Do a Bivol vs Beterbiev break down that would be interesting

So with the med ball backhand with left hook follow, should the head be turning with the rotation of the hook?

your videos are amazing i am just watching everything, i have a question for you, i have been training a mix of calisthenics and strength training for almost 8 years now, im quite experienced and did a bodybuilding show April this year, but the lifestyle wasn´t really for me so since then i have been focusing on functional strength, calisthenics skills, yoga, mobility and trying to incorporate everything in my routine so that i dont just look good but feel good, i found my love for boxing now and started a few weeks ago(3), i have been doing daily mobility exercises for the shoulders, but i am having pain on my right shoulder especially when i through punches and lift my arm, i almost tried doing a couple of days break from training and some light mobility but it is not getting any better, the part where it hurts is in the front of the shoulder where the bone is located, can you give me any tips on what should i do, and maybe if i should take a break from hardtraining and focus on shadowboxing, footwork and mobility for a while, would love some help
