Is it intended that one purchase first the 3 minute course, then 4 minute, then 5 minute to progress. Or is it intended that you just purchase the course relating to your targeted breath hold duration? Thanks

How much does old age affect breath holding. I would guess that lungs lose their elasticity with age?

It's a great program but I have one problem with it. After relaxation and during longer breathe up, before longer breathold I'm keep falling asleep 😴 I hope I'm not gonna fall asleep underwater lol it's anything I can do? I should focus on less relaxation? Haha

There is a preparation for 3 minute challenge? Such as bandhas and so on ..i learn that in pranayama breath holding is a dangerous activity without previous preparation

I tried the 3 minute challenge, but the breathing shown is way too intense for me. With an inhalation as long as an exhalation, I hyperventilate after only five cycles. I have to exhale at least twice as long, that's what I was taught in the free diving course also. I guess this challenge is not for me then...
Be safe and don't hyperventilate.
