Gut Cleanse with Oregano Oil- Day 1 , vlog To remove parasites

Gut health is important so I was inspired by my friends to take oregano oil to cleanse my gut. meaning I'll be evacuating parasites from my body. once effective there will be parasites in my feces. looking forward to them!

Never did an update? So did u end up pooping out any parasites? I usually buy a parasite cleanse kit from the local health food store.. hard to do the kits though when u have to work, constantly running to the bathroom isn’t fun

Use a tincture form of oil of oregano & add to some water.
Much more tolerable & doesn't burn.

I’m a bit late but to anybody that stumble across this video, this should be taking underneath the tongue. And yes take it straight, defeats the purpose of you don’t.

I take that same brand of oregano oil and it is very strong...I take it sublingual like you did but I drop and hold it under my tongue for about 2 minutes and then drink it down with water.

Taking pure straight oregano oil is actually not good for you. It can cause burning in the mouth and esophagus.. you are supposed to dilute it into a carrier oil such as coconut oil. I hope this helps you guys. Much love fam! 💕

If anyone knows a home remedy it might just be in my head but I feel like when I go to sleep under my eyes start itching and my scalp and my back it's weird it kind of feels like there's something crawling under my skin so I'm like scared out of my mindI hope I don't have pinworms from my kitten that had worms

I do it under my tongue. I wait a little bit and the. I swallow. The pure oregano oil is amazingly strong

Put in a shot glass put 2 or 3 drops in it with a little olive oil and under your tongue, Works great that way

Ha ! That’s what I did with water and the oil!! Now I dilute it with olive oil!!
