OK you put 2 drops in some quantity of water. Do I use it as an enema or eardrops or to put on my back?

Research how long to take it, I’ve heard not to take it consistently past a ten day mark not sure how long of a break to take before starting back up again, oil of oregano is excellent at its job it is strong so like any medicinal you need to respect it 🤗

I myself just put one drop under my tongue. I don't have a dropper like yours, so its hard sometimes. Some days I will get really impatient and just put two three(because some drips off my finger)drops on my finger put it under my tongue and let it sit. The taste is strong but with the mind of 'it's all for health' I got used to it real quick 😂. Y'all if anyone tries it like this themselves and it burns i suggest diluting it in water like here in this video.
Also, i dont take it daily, the oil form is hard on the liver
