NEVER DO THIS! i tried this and my nails went weak, soon after they started layering and breaking. INSTEAD use any oil you have. (Nail oil, olive oil or sunflower oil). It will keep your nails moisturized and healthy and strong.

I know I'm a year late but this really works. I have been a nail biter all of my life and my nails used to be really short. Then I tried this. I put some tooth paste on my nails scrubbed it in and then rinsed it off with water. Then I put some vaseline on them and they grew in just 1 week! You should try this because it might work for you too!
