I was doing the exact same thing you are doing now 7 yrs ago. I wasn't training for powerlifting but more so bodybuilding split. I loved it!!! Running outside and hitting your marks releases all these endorphins that you don't get when just lifting weights. My mistake was food. I got so lean and began losing strength on my lifts. So instead of changing my diet, which I should have done, I just ran less and less until I stopped running completely. I wish I knew then all that I know now. Anyhow, watching this video brings back great memories!! Thank you for sharing. You're such an inspiration 🩷🩷🩷🩷

I started running in January! Similar to you, I’ve been lifting for years but wanted to try something new! Also a Vancouver girlie! I run the sea wall all the time! Congrats on the running progress!!!
