I do your workouts every day - this was (for me) the hardest one I’ve come across yet. Whew, I barely made it. You introduced me to yoga that I have the patience for - I always thought it was too slow for my liking. Your flows are great, the time flies. Thank for providing them, without ads or fees. I so appreciate all your work, I can’t imagine the time you put into this.
