45 Minute Yoga Sculpt | Full body workout

A 45 minute full body workout with optional light and have set of weights. We will activate every muscle through planks, stability/core work, squats, small cardio bursts and a little yoga to connect our movements.

I only lose my microphone 3-7 times so use those moments as tiny breaks if you need it; otherwise, do your best to keep moving (at your pace) and have some fun with this 44 minute full body sweat sesh.

Pushed myself to finish and so glad I did! Stayed longer on my mat for a 5 min savasana. Thank you for this sculpting yoga practice💪🏾💪🏾 feeling energized and strong.

Great workout; with just some work on the audio it would have been much easier to follow. I understand the situation; working the audio must be hard. You curated a balanced, challenging session though.
