I think you are incorrect...don't you need to take the "LINE/HOT" wires and connect them to ADDITIONAL GFCI outlets via ONLY the LINE/HOT side? This way, each one of the downstream outlets would still work independently, even if ANY of them TRIP?



If you do what you described in the video (connecting downstream outlets via the LOAD side), then if the FIRST GFCI outlet TRIPS, then ALL of the downstream/daisy chain/connected outlets would STOP working...correct?
