8:45 pm sun, Nov 3 2024 Why just the yolk of the egg and is the potato cooked first or raw? Could use frozen Hash Browns. I think I would cook egg separate and add it on after potato cooked ( I like runny yolk plus I would cook whole egg) Too much salt...potatoes won't cook eggs too dry.Not for me after all that work.The potatoes would be raw Looks good but I'd cook the ham and potatoes first, get them crispy. then add the egg so the yoke is runny.A little cheese would also be great add.Otherwise looks good I would omit the salt as the process meet is already salty Some cheese in it would make it better way too much salt and pepper.You also need to squeeze the excess moiture from the potato.would be better without the egg!
