This kettlebell AMRAP and HIIT workout is the perfect kettlebell workout if you are looking to get fitter and push yourself! It's a full body workout that will have you feeling amazing, getting stronger and massively increasing your cardio!

The workout is broken down to a HIIT section for 2 rounds then 2 rounds of kettlebell AMRAPS. If you don't know what AMRAPS are, it stand for as many rounds as possible, I explain in the video. Enjoy this workout and keep with me!

Very good workout. Tested after trying others on here after purchasing some kettlebells and this gave me a run for my money. Couldn’t do some of the exercises due to my balance so changed like 3 of them to other kettlebell workouts I could do.
