I use my used refrigerator box of baking sofa to clean pots each time I change out the old box for a new box. Works great!

Omg I've been lusting after ceramic pans for when I move out next year but reading the wild reviews ranging from best thing they bought to horror stories about pans from hell in 20 uses got me sweating hard. 🥺 My family throws out non stick pans every 6 months to a year and I'm desperate to live another more sustainable lifestyle. It's too late to change their habits but it'll be easier to start a new myself.

I like that idea! I will definitely try it. I do have a question ~ how do you restore the "gloss", I guess I should have never put the pots and pans in the dishwasher :( I've tried to see if I could attach the picture of my Red Pot ~ it's not shiny like it used to. I hope I'm making sense...

How to treat stains inside of the pan?

The pan turned out nice. Did you ever consider using a stainless cleaner on your sink? It looks like it's rather old and dingy. I've used several brands and they all work well.
