If you're anything like me you love a good trick that means spending less time on dish duty. I LOVE finding inexpensive, chemical-free solutions to clean that will save me time and money.

SO if you've ever experienced the pain of a burnt frying pan, HEY! I've got you covered!

🍳 How to Save Your Burnt Pan 🍳

What you need:
• 1 cup of white vinegar
• 2 tbsp of baking soda or more
• 1 cup of water depending on the size of the pan

Instructions:
1. Place the pan on the stovetop and fill the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of water.

2. Add vinegar

3. Bring the pan to a boil

4. Remove the pan from the heat and add baking soda. You will notice fizz ( this is good!)

5. Empty the pan and scrub. I used wooden kitchen scrubbers but you can use what you have at home.

6. If you notice some spots that aren't coming off make a paste of baking soda and water. Leave the paste on the though spots for a while and come back to clean as normal.

7. Rinse and done!!

There is no shame in burning a frying pan. I have done this twice which led me to share this method with you. This boiling process really works and has saved me time. I hope you found this video helpful. I will catch you very soon on the next video!

In the past I have tried it with just room temperature vinegar and baking soda and it didn't help much, I'm going to try now with boiling the water and vinegar together and then add the baking soda, thanks for the tip 😀

Hey! Welcome back! 👋🏽

If you’re new here, I’m Victoria. I will confess I’ve burned this pan twice (Mom brain..I promise I CAN cook! 😆) This method has really made the cleaning process so much easier. I hope it helps you save time and money like it’s helped me.

Happy Sunday friends! ☺️

Hi Victoria I love this video. Basically this looks the same as deglazing a pan except using vinegar instead of wine. Next time you try this get out your nylon spatula and knock off the big pieces by a using the spatula as a scraper upside down. I too have ceramic pans and this works like a champ without damaging your pan. Such great video. Thank you. (Also I think you can actually do this one without the baking soda as the baking soda might reduce the effectiveness of the vinegar on your burnt food.)

What kind of brush do you use without cause any damage in the pan? What I know Is that we can’t use any sponge 🥹

Not a mom, but I needed this video so bad. You might have just saved me from buying new pans.

The real question is that who gave this video a thumbs down? 😆
