The green pan say not use the abrasive part of a sponge on them. Will damage the coating? I do have some stubborn stuck on oil i need to get off off the sides from when my niece used some avacado oil, sesame oil, and chili oil to cook her rice cake thingys. But im iffy on using a abrssive side of sponge. Also have the brown marks or stains on bottome id like to clesn off. Have u had that on bottom?
