Where do you recommend we begin our training and 2, 000 hour paid experience that the state requires to issue the license?

Man I wish I saw this before I went there. Everything you said is so true. In my mind I thought I was going about it the right way then I realized that I was playing myself. I have a plan to transition I even spoke with the adjuster school about it and the answer I got was like a scare tactic. “Don’t put your eggs in one basket” they said. “You DONT want to be DNR” they said but I agree with you. Why would I work like an staff employee with no benefits and no security? And then not even be paid as such? It’s almost 90 days of my deployment and I’m already burnt out.

I'll be starting a new Career as an Claims Adjuster In a couple weeks here in Texas. It's a Remote desk job. After 25 years as a Chemical Operator. Are there any videos on Remote Desk work? I'm not finding much and I always like to stay ahead of thing.

Ok so you said we get new training elsewhere… so as a new IA, how about you tell us where to get the training? The Course and state exam does not at all prepare you for property estimates or how to do an inspection. You could have maybe gave us an answer on where to turn for training instead of just talking sh*t…
