Looking young is primarily genetics, hydration, nutrition and LIFELONG self care. To quote Jennifer Garner ‘remember ladies: nothing looks so good at 50 as sunscreen in your 20s’. Check the research, take good care of yourself and do the reasonable things - don’t forget the before bed routine, it’s essential! I’m 56 and often get told I look 37-38 after a life of daily running and multiple marathons (tinted sunscreen and hats like a religion). Great luck, tons of water & regular self-care!!!

I am 67 and 5'1". Weigh 125 pounds. If go under that weight it will show in my face plus, I do not feel good. I am persuaded that everyone has a certain weight their body wants to be. Aging is going to happen no matter what, but there are things we can do. I feel one of the best things I've ever done is to have stayed the approximate weight all my adult life, not forgetting to be contentious about how much you are gaining during pregnancy. Because of that I have had 3 daughters and no stretch marks.

Sleeping is more important than being worried about wrinkles 😂 I am a 46 y/o woman that I had learned to appreciate my wrinkles and love my sleep, put in the balance if I want to prevent wrinkles or prevent mental illness and heart issues by preventing wrinkles, sleep wins! 🏆

Love all of these! Must start taking my magnesium capsules and mushroom powder again. I would add yoga to help everything and organic castor oil, on our faces, at night, you don't need much and it's very thick, but I've noticed a huge difference. Thank you for the tips. 💚

Co sleeping with your daughter is absolutely natural and healthy. I get it about the sleep quality, but she will have a very secure bond with you, and probably get better sleep herself.

I just got my official menopause diagnosis today. This is too soon...I thought I had 8 or so more years. Now I'm going to have a constant fear of my collagen dissolving rapidly! At least you give us hope, Tracy!

Temp is set to 67 when sleeping.
70 during the day.

My husband sleeps in his own room with lots of blankets and goes into the garage often to thaw out.😅🤭

Fifty is just the start of menopause - I didn't have any problems until I was forced to stop taking HRT.
