I believe this fully. Was diagnosed with severe osteo arthritis. I cut down on sugar and slowly transitioned to IF Keto. It's only been almost a month and I'm feeling less pain. I also started taking Turmeric which has anti inflammatory properties. Thank you Dr David for your videos. It helped many pain sufferers including me feeling better. Thanks so much!

Hey great advice and you’re always full of knowledge. I enjoy your shows and yes what you were doing and what you were promoting I’ve been doing for quite some time. About a year now. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my right knee due to an injury I sustained lacking 1995. The doctor had told me this is a specialist that I cannot do a reconstruction because I am too old and I cannot get a new replacement because I’m too young. And this was all by a CT scan then a couple months later down the track I had another specialist look at me with an MRI and he said the arthritis has literally gone the knee was in excellent condition and he said I hope my knee is in the same condition when I’m your age. I am 52 by the way so arthritis is not a Death sentence. The Quito and intimate fasting works.

I am intermittent fasting and keto for 3 months. Big improvement in knee pain and range of motion. It worked for me. Also lost 40 pounds. I did read the book ketofast.

Didn't get the book but got info off internet. Still need the partial knee replace which I look forward to (right knee only). But you are really good on talking about educating ourselves 👍👍 😊

Doc I'm on kito and cant take diabetes meds. I started it 5 months ago. I Don't have to take blood pressure any more my diabetes is now is under controled. I've lost weight to. Kitto works. Thank for this information ..telling peopleputten cover

Have you heard pros or cons about Goji berries I've heard they are supposed to be good for inflammation. Lol I've really cut down on how much and often I eat, it works! KETO I'm worried about all the HYPE I've heard and worried about the quality of products so many scammers these days.
