Hamstrings are thought of being the main muscle bending the knee joint. But when you think of what they're mostly used for, it's controlling the knee joint in everyday movements when you're on your feet moving around. Strengthening them the wrong way will often make knee arthritis worse!

Thank you for sharing your explanations of arthritis in the knees how to strengthen your knees and most of all how to do everything correctly so you will not harm yourself. All your videos have helped me so tremendously with your advice and your examples to show me how to do everything with my knee my back my hips I broke my back a year ago did not do surgery and I am walking so good but after walking it damaged my knee cuz I was going too fast and walking like five times a day thinking it's going to strengthen my back I did not go first to align my hips and pelvic area that got out of alignment when I fell I kept telling my doctors others what do I do to align my hips and my pelvic area none of them helped me I found a chiropractor a young one after my knee got worse from walking of course doctors told me keep walking. The chiropractor Young helped me tremendously even with the first visit even you and him together it's all coming into place. Other doctors told me to keep walking I figured out because they kept telling me oh you need knee surgery I don't do surgery unless life or death. Thank you again you're so helpful

I had a fall like two years ago and I tore my posterior ligament in my knee and it's still causing me pain especially at night when I straighten it what do you suggest of an exercise to do to aliviate the pain

I do not understand in one video you say strong quads are not good for your knee joint and in in this one you said Strong hamstrings are no good ! can you be more clear especially in context of musclebuilding!

This will change my exercise routine....
I do silver sneakers and will avoid hamstring exercises....
