If you don't include the limit of government into your definition, either you forgot the importance or you're not a real libertarian.
Libertarians understand that government needs to be limited and small in order for everyone to have the most freedom possible. That government is not limited or small if you are defining "freedom for everyone" as something the government redistributes.

Libertarianism should be about PRIVATE PROPERTY above all, libertarians should defend the abolishment of the monopoly of force and should understand that taxation is theft independently of how much it is or to what the money is destined to. Libertarians should know of the Austrian school of economics and should have an ethical principle above all and that ethical principle is private property, the word freedom is empty unless u define it like that

As a libertarian, this is a horrible representation of the ideology. Its just a bunch of word soup about hurr durr we love freedom without actually explaining what it is. If you want to actually learn about libertarianism you should read Libertarianism: A primer by David boaz.

Libertarians cannot discriminate between liberty and licentiousness.
Liberty is the freedom to do what you should
licentiousness is the freedom to do what you want
