What if I have elevated prolactin levels on my blood test (slightly above the upper limit) and I have milky discharge as well but not very visible gynecomastia or any at all (its hard to tell because im above average bodyfat and also have a very muscular chest)?
I also did a brain scan and no tumors were found.
All of my testosterone levels were within the normal range but the high prolactin and it's symptoms are worrying me because it could be that I have some kind of condition.

What could cause something like this? I don't take any kind of medicine or steroids and have never taken before (doctors already asked me about it). I have noticed this problem when I was 19 and it's been 5 years and nothing has changed. My testosterone isn't low but I would want to optimize my test levels since prolactin is certainly not helping it. Been to a few doctors but no help whatsoever.
