This literally helped me so much, I almost really hurt myself while learning a full luckily I only smashed my finger but after that I was to scared to do a simple backflip I was getting so frustrated and was at the point of just giving up, I decided to look up a video and I literally got it in less than 3 minutes. So anyone who is in the same situation I was in please don’t give up. And use this video to your advantage!

Pigmie your the greatest backflip teacher on earth. Literally in 2020 right when the pandemic started I watched this video and it helped me land my backflips all the time and me and my friends use to always do fliping competitions and I would win all of them. But in 2021 I stopped fliping on the trapoline as much and today on 6/28/22 I came back to the trapoline because we bought a new one and i easily did the front flip without watching your videos but as soon as i watched your video i was able to easily do the backflip again.
