Sadly Barroth is the only one this fast for farming.
However from personal experience these are some nice monsters to part-break farm for the other regions:

Radobaan for rotten region.
Coral Pukei for coral region.
Pukei for forest region.
Viper-tobi for the frozen region.
Lavasioth or Uragaan for the volcanic one. (Lavasioth is more fast if you manage to keep fighting it in the middle of the lava).

You can speed this up even more by equipping the Scholar skill

Amazing man! Thanks for this tip, really. Buddy and I wanted to have 3 opposite level 7 regions, but we both have volcano region maxed, but neither of us have the spire, and either of us were too lazy to grind. But with this we’ll essentially always have all regions maxed at any point of time!

You can pull off similar stunts on any monster with lots of breakable parts.

Long shelling Gunlance, or wide shelling Gunlance, both charging shots only, break parts INSANELY fast. Go in, find a weak ass monster, shoot it like 8 times with shelling to break its parts, and boom. Easy level ups.
