John Piper's Son: GOD IS EVIL and Grotesque!

Abraham Piper, the son of popular pastor John Piper, is an atheist who has been gaining a large following on Tik Tok. In a recent video, he discussed Christianity and what he seems to believe is the Christian concept of hell. But really, his video just shows why he should prefer Christianity and the Christian faith because of what Jesus did for us.

Abraham’s criticism of Christianity actually shows why Christianity is the only religion that escapes his criticisms.

'You have to be insanely evil yourself to give evil people what they deserve'.

How horrifying this would be to take to its logical conclusion.
Ex: Mass murder? Sexual crimes? Well, don't jail them. You're 'insanely evil' if you put someone in jail if they deserve it, much less the death penalty or something else.

Think for a bit: for someone to believe something like this, though, what could bring them to this conclusion?
I don't see it being comparing data, checking history, or rational debate that does it. The only way I see someone coming to this conclusion is 'reasoning backwards' from the conclusion that 'God is evil' then seeking to justify that conclusion afterwards.

Abraham sadly strikes me as a very angry person.

Abraham is angry just like I used to be. Until God met me where I was in August 2014. He took away my anger at Him and Christians, and gave me love for everybody, when I placed my faith in Him.

The “I’m an angry pastors kid” bit has been done over and over. Somebody tell him his thoughts and his anger aren't original, and his problem isn't with God. It's with his daddy issues.
