What does everyone consider to be a healthy breakfast? I eat the same thing almost every day. Non gmo 2% Cottage cheese or nonfat organic Greek yogurt and a fruit. About an hour later, I have 1/3 to 1/2 cup, dry, organic oatmeal cooked in water with a splash of milk and a teaspoon of organic maple syrup.
