Five years ago, a big blizzard hit my home state. It went on for over 2 days, even had lighting. The strange thing was the area of the state I was living at had the blizzard, while the other half of the state had tornadoes.

Something happens when you’re trapped in a blizzard

I have survived that before. I was out walking in some woods, and then it started to snow, and I was like: Ooo, now it looks even prettier! But then the snow continued to come down harder and hard, so I started going home. But by then, there wasn't much visibility, and everything looked different with the snow. Luckily, I dressed pretty warmly, just to be safe. I just found a spot with some organic protection for snow, and win, then built snow walls on the other sides that were protected. I then pulled my hat over my face, got myself in a ball, and lied there awaiting the end of the blizzard. Got some bad frostbite, but I was doing my best to cover my toes, hands/fingers, and my ears

In grade 8 my friend and I both got frostbite on our went home first then about 15 min later I got pins and needle feeling in the top of my ear. (It hurt) then it went completely numb. It swelled up massive, I was terrified lol. Took a few days to go back to normal and hurt really bad to touch. Learned my lesson though..kids, wear your hats ;)
