Been trying to get that thing off for weeks! Was totally confused what to do! 3 minutes off & on with a good butane lighter and I could see bubbling at the top, screwed right off! Thank you for this video! For the life of me, I could not get that top piece off. I watched some other videos but none said to use heat. I heated it up with my multi-purpose lighter (clicker). It did take a lot longer than I thought it would, but it eventually got hot enough to twist that darn thing off. Lots of old red locktite came flaking out while turning.
