I enjoyed this video and will do these exercises. You've explained them simply and I know I can do them. I suffer from ankle arthritis and when it's rainy, my ankle swells and it hurts to walk.

Absolutely “The Best” overall explanation of ankle exercises I’ve seen.Your teaching makes one want to push past any pain experiencing & go to their limits. Going through some arthritic ankles after years of pounding the pavements walking (deliveries) & a broken fibula as a youth .Thk you & now a subscriber
