So maybe a dumb question - but whats the point of routung multiple instruments thorugh kontakt instead of just loading kontakt presets on their own pad and opening up the interface individually for each if adjustment is desired?

Great Vid!!! Request...Would you make a tutorial about how to set your volume in Maschine as well as automate (Volume) the sounds you set to multi output in Maschine. How to apply FX to them in Maschine native. See the problem is I cant set the volume in Maschine for multi output sounds. Id have to set the volume on the VST. Also I cant apply any pluggins Fx to multi output native in Maschine. So I gotta track out as waves just to do so which is a pain, Thanks if this is even possible

how are we able to keep the contact 5 window open to alter effects and change presets

soon as I open kontakt it puts it on sound 1 how do I stop it doing that done everything right but plays all the sounds together on different channels

How to auto-reset your engine in Kontakt 5 ? I sometimes have to play more than 8192 notes in two or three sequential songs. I have to click Monitor-Engine-Restart Engine every time the note events used has reached 8192 notes, and it is very annoying especially when I am in live band. I have tried to look in the forum and manual, nothing is there. Thanks for your help.

Still not up there yet... Because when you on channel 2, you're no longer able to view Kontakt, you have to back to channel 1 to view it or change sounds... It's easier in Logic Pro X, hopefully NI could do this update, upgrade etc...

Hey I brought a maschine without the software can I use Kontakt or Komplete like a daw to control the maschine and get Kontakt or Komplete to show in the maschine windows?

I followed the instructions but under my Sound 1 in group A after selecting the piano, strings and horns it just says Kontakt 5 16out... can you help me with what I am doing wrong? Thank you for the tutorial!

u saved my fucking life.. my computer kept crashing on all of my dopest beats because I had to many instances of it running at the same time... this in combination with purching samples and only using the notes I triggered has saved me loads of cpu. Oh, by the way "ExpensiveGarbage", it's not necessary to load Kontakt at the Group level, only in "Sound 1". What you need to do first, is to set the "AUDIO - Dest." of "Sound 1" to "Ext. 1". After that you'll be able to see the "S1" we see in the video, in the "MIDI - Output - Dest." of the other "Sounds".
