The root chakra is the first chakra. Its energy is based on the earth element. It is associated with the feeling of security and grounding. It is the basis of the chakra system and forms the basis for the expansion of your life.

⚜️ Sacral chakra

The sacral chakra is the second chakra. It is connected to the emotional body, sensuality and creativity. Its element is water and as such its energy is characterized by flow and flexibility. The function of the sacral chakra is based on the principle of pleasure.

⚜️ Solar plexus chakra

"Radiate your strength into the world, " you could call the solar plexus chakra. Characterized by the expression of will, personal strength and mental faculties, the energy of the third chakra or manipura is mobilized in Sanskrit when we assert ourselves in the world.

A call to all the good

This is a call to all that’s good in this world,
Where are you at in this current climate of perspective?
Are you taking part of the unhealthy divisions?
Or are you trying to help heal the collective?

Because I’m sitting here in the my woods with these headphones on,
Sitting here crying about all the things going wrong.
No joke, I’ve been crying for hours and I just can’t stop,
Watering these flowers around me with each drop hitting the ground,
So hey at least there’s some good to be found.

Yet here I am writing to all of you,
Reaching out and asking you to ask yourself “what am I going to do”?

Understand we need something to happen before these distractions cause more harmful actions in a place where there should only be loving interactions...man what’s happened?

I promise this...if I could I would put all the hatred and corruption into me and dissolve from this world so you all could live in love and live free.
That’s no joke or some prideful stance,
Because I would do it immediately if given the chance.

You see I’m not afraid of those deceptions,
I’m not fooled by it’s unhealthy perceptions,
And I’m not a pawn in its tainted obsessions,
I would much rather be up above showering all of you with my love.

This is what God has revealed to me and without the use of words because to use words as absolute truth is absolutely absurd...but we do need to ask ourselves genuinely “what have we learned”?

The two are not meant to split or to divide and conquer,
They’re meant to fuse with love and then become evolving partners,
And no I’m not attempting to be some self righteous martyr.

I am only calling out to all the good hearted
to help me teach love and get this heaven on earth again started.

I don’t write to you for personal gain,
I do not wish for fortune or fame,
If it was given to me then I’d give it all away,
And still continue telling you it is what I have to say.

So where are all the good hearted?
Are you finding yourself in sadness?
Or are you participating in all the madness?

The ones dividing and always pointing their fingers,
Meanwhile always the same hatred lingers,
Pulling all in who would carry the flame,
No matter what side you take or what it is named,
Causing your own destruction
Because you ran into the violent eruption.

Please I wish to stop crying because I feel all your pain,
And it’s driving me insane to the point that I have to reach out to all of you,
And again ask you to ask yourself “what am I going to do”?

Love, beauty and peace for all, for all are a piece of beauty and love.

God blesses even in the hardest and strangest of times.

It's 3:30 pm and it has been a DAY!!!! I've been on the phone with various social service agencies and all of my financial and various other supports are being ripped out from under me. Feeling very insecure about the future and *finally* got a moment to listen to this and within 30 sec. I know everything will be ok, even if everything is not ok. Grateful for Meditative Mind helping me to have....a meditative mind lol <3
