In my research I've learned that the sacral chakra can be blocked in people who have experienced betrayal by another person. Particularly if the betrayal happened when they were a baby or a child, this can leave the person with a lifelong feeling of guilt, shame, or unworthiness, which many people never examine or even identify.

I hope this information helps someone. Identifying the issue can aid in healing from it.
