I just received my G5 SE (Ryzen 7 4800H with the 144ghz screen) Agree with your comments - not the best looking laptop, but amazing rendering with 8 cores and 16 threads along with the dedicated GPU. I did heaps of research and for the money it is the way to go if you need decent color accuracy. Very happy with my purchase. The SD socket is great for photographers as well.

Thanks for this roundup. Just pulled the trigger on the Lenovo Legion 5i 15" ... I had a $3500 custom build with Dell ready for purchase in early March after your earlier Dell video laptop review ... literally was about hit "buy" but COVID hit hard. Decided I'd stick with working on my desktop PC and muddling through with my ancient HP Notebook laptop. However, that brick of a laptop wil no longer update Windows and today would not update any Adobe apps. Saved more than 50% of the cost of that $3500 Dell thanks to this video. hate tech reviews because people's voices on YouTube are annoying when they do the YouTube voice with annoying music and way too many jump cuts, you know what I'm talking about that fake over-excited, early 2000s Disney crap, and secondly because they just don't stick to the facts and make a super long video without getting to the point you on the other hand have a pleasing voice you come off really genuine and I thought this was a 4 minutes ( felt about 4 minutes) and realized that this is an almost 10 minute long video good job.
