If you're going for an intel build, I'd recommend getting a non-F skew CPU for editing. I'm not an expert on the topic, but from my understanding the en/decoder in the integrated graphics does provide extra performance, even with a dedicated GPU.

I strongly disagree with this build, you're putting in way too much money within the GPU that hasn't got that much impact on video editing. Go with a new Intel 10 core 12600K and an RX 6500 XT along with 32GB of RAM for juicy editing. Your life will be much better, trust.
