I grew up Catholic. There's some weird stuff in Catholicism, like no disrespect, but like the father, the son, the Holy Spirit. What the hell is the Holy Spirit? What is that? We do the sign across all the time. What's the Holy Spirit? And then you go up and you take your first communion. You're eating the body of Christ in a cracker. So is this cannibalism? Why am I eating a cracker? What part of the body of Jesus is this? Is this the toe part of Jesus? You're eating crackers that are his body and you're drinking his blood. There's more to it. It's like that's what it is. I grew up Catholic. I almost got confirmed. I guess the hardcore. But you know that in the Quran, they talk more about Jesus than Muhammad. Jesus is brought up all the time. He's not actually God, though. That's the difference in Catholicism. Catholics believe that Jesus is God and God is God, but they're the same. Like father, son, it's like this weird. That doesn't make any sense to me. But in Islam, the reason that I converted is Allah is the one true God.

Speaking blasphemies from the beginning. The holy spirit is the spirit of God, our comforter. If you read the Bible you would know that. Doing communion isn’t cannibalism, it’s a symbolic gesture. Jesus compared it to eating his body because he is the bread of LIFE! We are also redeemed by His blood, so that’s the symbolism of drinking his “blood”. Don’t be confused by willful ignorance.

How do you grow up Catholic and not even know what the holy spirit is, any idea about communion, how about the holy trinity. It’s basic knowledge and he couldn’t even learn or grasp that

he grew up catholic but wasn't confirmed lol he literally didn't grow up catholic. The word is hypostasis. God is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit at the same time. There is no analogy that could properly explain it because there is nothing like it. The best I've heard is if you hold out your hand you could say your holding up your hand or your holding up five fingers...at the same time. Your hand is five fingers but is also your hand. The word for the Holy Communion is transubstantiation. Through the ritual the cracker is turned into spiritual food. It feeds our souls and gives us strength in spirit. Also Jesus is God. He was begotten by the Father through the Holy Spirit. Can a human being beget a dog? Why would God beget a human being? At the same time he was beget by Mary, who was a human being. He was consubstantial(meaning he was of the same nature or substance) with both God and man. Almost like a demigod, but once again this can't really be compared to anything else because it's only happened once. Muslims say God is capable of anything while also limiting his power and saying he only speaks Arabic, it's very interesting to me. Do muslims believe God can do anything He wants or not?
