Using Virtualization will make your gaming experience fun in a lot of ways. You can play games with 5X better performance and eliminate lag or stutter while playing on high graphical settings.

To enable it for Windows 10, follow these steps: 👉
Go to settings ➡ Update & Security ➡ Click on Recovery ➡ Click Restart Now ➡ Click on Troubleshoot ➡ Go to Advanced Options ➡ UEFI Firmware Settings ➡ Click Restart to enter System Bios

👉Changing BIOS Settings for Intel-Based Systems:
Enter Advanced mode ➡ Go to Advanced ➡ Enter CPU configuration ➡ Enable Intel Virtualization Technology ➡ Exit Bios ➡ Save Changes

👉Changing BIOS Settings for AMD-Based Systems:
Enter Advanced Mode ➡Go to Advanced ➡ Enter CPU configuration ➡ Enable SVM Mode ➡ Exit Bios by saving the changes ➡

IF YOU DONT GET UEFI SETTINGS RESET PC AND SPAM F2 to bring up bios menu, then go to advanced and then go to CPU and Enable VSM, it worked for me

Worked. For older AMD BIOS, it was SVM mode. Thank you!

This was legitimately the easiest tutorial I've ever seen for this. I watched a ton about a year ago trying to find this stuff and totally failed. Same computer and everything just tried again with this video worked a charm

You deserve to be popular no one made it this easy to understand

I have the orange screen on AMD, first advice: don’t watch this video on the computer during the manipulation lol, the path: after you restart and access to the UEFI configuration panel, you go on « Tweaker» top left, then « Advanced CPU Settings » (mine on 5th line), The SVM Mode option should be in the first lines

Thanks for the video, I surely couldn’t handle this without you!

Ps: Thanks for making me an engineer, I will now code my own video games and probably create my personal spaceship!

This works but everyone has a different computer...
If you are having problems to access the UEFI firmware settings
Don't follow the shut down procedure shown in the video while in windows.
Shut off your computer normally and restart it.
Now pay extreme attention to the starting screen.
It usually shows on the bottom of the computer splash screen what button to press to enter UEFI firmware settings.
Usually its one of these: Del, F2, F10 buttons.
Press one of those buttons before your computer starts up it should do the trick.
Than follow the video as best as possible to enable the virtualization.
I am NO computer technician, but this technique helped me out with my computer.
I hope it helps a bit and don't be scared as long as you just enable the virtualization it should all be good!
Don't mess with anything else or your on your own!

I was putting off doing this for 2 years because I am that bad with technology.
My bios looked different (I have AMD) but I followed 1:48 and Enabled a “SVM” option that I found.
I was playing with negative fps until now, thanks.

If you don't see the uefi firmware setting follow these steps: restart your pc, press quickly esc then f10 or directly f10, if you're in the same case than me and u don't see the advanced configuration tab, explore a little the different tabs to see if the virtualization is not hidden there. I found it by going to security then system security then if you see the virtualization technology option, activate it

Love when videos are this short, and easy to follow like everyone was saying. Did this to play Play Store games on my PC.

if ur unable to find the uefi firmware option then shut down ur pc normally then power on and press Del or Esc or F2 or F8 or F10 key ( u have to check each key, its different for different PC's but for me its Del)
Then follow the steps in the video and ur bios window may look different but the steps are same.
Thank you.

Thanks. I eventually got it to work, though my screen was a bit different and not straight forward.

Once I followed the steps in the beginning of the video, my computer restarted to a blue startup menu. I pressed/ hold F10 for bios setup.

Then it took me to HP Setup Utility screen.

Took me awhile to find it but I had to go under security, scroll down to System security and from there enable Virtualization Technology (VTx/VTd).

Pressing F10 to accept and then exit out under File- Save Changes and Exit

For Lenovo PCs, click on f1 when restarting to enter the bios menu, then you use the arrow keys to go to security and then you enable virtualization
