For People Who Have An Old Hp Bios Version Like Me . To Enable This Setting -
1. Head Over To The Bios Settings
2. Go to Security - System Security
3 . Enable the "Virtualization Technology" (vtx) Setting .

Done . You Have Enabled Virtualization .

Is there a way to activate VT without entering the BIOS? Maybe it's not unsafe but I'm afraid to go in there...

I did the same steps and walked behind you, but even when I entered the advanced options, I did not find the uefi firmware, and I found something else in its place. I found something called system image recovery, what can I do to make it appear?

I had VT enabled by default but the app is stil saying VT is disabled, looked further on the FAQ and theres no helpful answers at all other than disabling Hyper-V

there's actually one more Windows Feature that you need to disable as well which is the "Windows Defender Application Guard", after you disable that you should be golden. I got this idea after it was mentioned with Avast with its VT-assist protection, it has the same function with Windows Defender Application Guard.
