My entire family is over weight. My parents were healthy when they were younger but you know what happens when you start a family. But the really sad thing is that my brother and I have NEVER been healthy or thin. My brother is 17, about 6' but he weighs over 350 lbs. I'm only 14 and 5'1" and I weigh about 205. Being fat does suck and I don't want to die young which is why your videos are such a motivation for me. Thank you. :)

No, just do 1 a day. We're filming this over a few months, but sometimes videos get posted on the same day. Doing one workout a day is plenty! We don't want you to strain your muscles or injure yourself

an hour and a half of running?? god damn. Try doing this navy seal workout(if you can't complete don't worry about it. this is a 15 min workout) a 4 min jog warm up and 3 sets of 4, 45 sec. sprints with 45 sec. rest. after do a 4 minute cool down. To lose weight you only need to get your heart rate up really high for a short amount of time in 3 or 4 intervals. This also activates something called the afterburn effect and if you take a walk for 30 minutes you'll shed even more weight.

Hey i got a question and it is for how much time do you do this? What is like the plan for these three? Will they eat right and exercise for lets say 5-8 months? Its because i would like to know since I started but don't know how long is the course.

So basically if we want to do the same thing all we got to do is each day : watch videos until we get a exercise session video, do the session and do nothing else until the next day ?

NO, you'd be fine, intact I would do this plyo (plyometric, jump explosion, etc)
stuff would be good in the morning, and then the heavy-weight video he posted, its like vid 3 or 4. BUt you would be perfectly fine Doing both workouts, just be safe and stretch before and after.

They do 1 minute/30 sec intervals for a reason... You must be new to working out?
