I can't say enough good things about collagen. I had both knees replace and with the first I was not taking collagen and it was 10 months before I could kneel on my knee on my pillow-top mattress . With the other knee my son had me start taking the collagen and it was only two months before I was kneeling fully on my knee. That was a big difference. Hooray for collagen.

Can't say enough good things about collagen. I take a different organic, grass fed hydrolyzed powdered collagen and love it, but I also take a separate one with type 2 collagen (from chicken cartilage) and hyaluronic acid. I take an aromatase inhibitor that causes some nasty joint pain, and this combination has virtually wiped it away. Types 1 and 3 helps our skin, muscle and bone health, while type 2 makes bolsters connective tissue like cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. I highly recommend looking into it! Thanks for all you guys do. Love the channel!

Hello Bobby! I would LOVE you to do a more in-depth video on the probiotic. You mentioned that the benefits are “legit” but didn’t go into exactly what the benefits are...I would appreciate you sharing more of the why behind the claims. Thank you!!!

I prefer Yogurt or Greek Yogurt for my probiotics. Don't really like using commercialised tablets and supplements for everything in life.

How can people not believe in collagen, it immediately will show in the skin and hair . I wish I knew about it years ago when my skin was younger, but is doing a great job now

Hey Bobby can you do a show on how to select or identify ripe fruits and veggie🤔For example a ripe pineapple watermelon cantaloupe star fruit etc I want to make my own fruit platter and my fruits havent been sweet and a waste of money😏Thanks😉🙋

I took a packet of gelatin every day for 6 week a year ago and it finally took effect in about 10 months . I can walk much better without pain now. I'm 70 yes old

Thanks for sharing! To add to this, it's hard to compare probiotics between soil-based probiotics and non soil-based probiotics. The more important factor to look for is the genus, species, and strain listed on the bottle. Some strains are good for certain issues, and other strains are helpful for other issues! So it depends on your individual health needs! The power of personalized nutrition!

I recommend going the whole food route. Probiotic foods like i mentioned and preboitic soluable fiber to feed them. I do take the seed probiotic, but not everyday. Maybe 3 days a week just as a top off to the good foods. Dr gundry is correct about everything says except for his takes on lectins and OMG fruit.

I use garden of life VIT C. They don’t have acerola cherry in it but it is made with 23 different fruits and veggies. No absorbic acid in this baby either

I thought pre-biotics were what you needed and could take on a regular basis without needing to take a break from it periodically.
