Typical shyness can involve fear of meeting new people, low self-confidence, and increased self-consciousness.

In this video I talk about a client I helped who came to me for help, desperate to stop worrying about what others might think of her and keen to meet new people. I'll also share 5 of the tips and techniques that helped my client to get rid of her shyness, which you can use to leave shyness behind and become more extrovert.

I don't know how I missed your videos all this time. You're the best teacher which I would like to replace with my current one. So much to learn from you. Thank you.

Excellent videos. I hope you share more of your wisdom, especially in these trying times wherein freedom to express yourself and to associate with others is increasingly being curtailed. In many places, you are even forbidden to hide most of your face. Crazy stuff. People have gone bonkers, but they already were, and now they found an excuse to wallow in their madness and drag others down into their sick world. Peace.

20+ years GP in the United States here Mark. Not sure how I happened upon your site tonight (an algorithm I'm sure LOL). At least half of my time with patients is either directly dealing with mental health issues or how mental health issues, especially anxiety, are complicating their "physical" illnesses. Patients often don't have the money to engage with a therapist so additional tools I might use are most appreciated. Just signed up and downloaded your e-book. Thanks for putting some of your content out for free. I have a particular interest in anxiety as at one point it was a formidable problem for me in the past, and presently my 19 year-old has crippling shyness and anxiety. She's missing out on life.
