Thanks for the long run philosophy but it is hard to relate 5K long run to marathon or ultra.  Seems to me the intent is much different since one is not relying on fat burning as needed component.  Perhaps seperate video for 10K and under.  But I enjoy the length of discussion.  Keep them coming!
