What You Should Consider Before Making Any Decision

In this clip with Tim Ferriss, we talk about Danny Kahneman’s thesis on our two modes of thinking.

He suggests that our system one is your intuition and our system two is our conscious thinking.

These are very different from each other, but you need both in order to make decisions.

Sometimes your body and brain will know exactly what to do instinctively, but other times you’re gonna need to critically evaluate a situation in order to reach the best conclusion.

How could I logically or rationally make a decision?
