Leaving fragrance in your car isn't a good tip. Fragrance's are really delicate and even if it's not an expensive bottle exposing them to extreme heat or light damages the fragrance for many reasons, but the result is the fragrance going sour, evaporating and hurting the scent profile/longevity. Some tips I use:
1. Stay hydrated
2. EDT use 5 sprays since EDPs or Parfums are stronger go with 2 or 3 sprays
3. Spray pulse points
4. Spray on skin and not clothes some frag oils will stain clothing.
5. Use non scented lotions, soaps, deodorant and detergents so they don't mask your colognes
6. If you're wearing a suit and have a handkerchief spray a little cologne on there
7. Spray right after shower
8. Don't leave frags in car get a small atomizer and carry with you
9. Never rub fragrance in your skin it'll break up the notes
10. Don't spray in air and walk through

After watching this, I found out that I ruined my Versace cologne. I’ve been leaving my cologne in the car during 90+ degree days. Thanks to the people in the comments that made me aware of this.

I won’t tear you down, but I will correct you, instead of a cologne in the car, there are small sample bottles you can buy to take cologne out of the main bottle. You can keep that in your pocket or suit jacket daily and your main bottle can stay safely at home. I get my mini bottles from fragrance net. Also the lotion mixed with cologne, I can’t knock that till I try it but I would recommend trying it with a fragrance free lotion. Bevel is a lighter scent but it’s not fragrance free. (One of my favorites)

Don’t forget to leave a fragrance in the bathroom so you can apply it on wet skin right after a shower!

Also make sure you rub your wrists together to create friction. The heat really gets the frags to project.

Did I mention to spray your eye balls? This trick is great because you can see how long the fragrance will last on you. Literally. Also eye balls are pretty moist!

You actually shouldn’t mix the oils of cologne and lotion together but put on your lotion then spray on your cologne. Everything else your on point.

Have a scent you want to last?

- Get an unscented lotion
- Buy the body oil that matches that scent
- Mix a couple drops (depends on the size of the container) into the lotion and stir it in.
- The body oil, in conjunction, with the cologne will last you throughout the day
