The i5 10400f is eur 130 in Europe. That used to be Celeron 300mhz territory 20 years ago. We have come a long way!

In the US, 5600x & 5800x are plentiful. Multiple drops a week now for long periods of time at MSRP

I guess it seems fine. I feel like AMD has MSRP 5600x's on their website frequently enough and available for long enough that its not a complete phantom MSRP. In the US at least that is.

At 15 minutes and 52 second I loved seeing the spatulas in the background of the B roll of the RTX3090

But for those of us still on X470, 5600x is $300-350 vs $500 for completely changing platforms.
