The Best Fried Shrimp Recipe on YouTube

Ingredients needed:

Dry Batter:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Corn Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
1 Tbl Baking Powder

Spices:
2 Tbl Salt
1 1/2 Tbl Black Pepper
1 Tbl Onion Powder
1 Tbl Garlic Powder
1 Tbl Paprika
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Ground Mustard
1 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Celery Seed
1/4 Tsp Fresh Lemon Zest

Wet Batter:
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
2 Tbl Hot Sauce
2 Tbl Creole Mustard
1 Tbl Paprika
1Tbl black Pepper

Dipping Sauce:
2 Cups Ketchup
2 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbl Creole Mustard
1 Tbl Hot Sauce
1 Tbl Fish Sauce
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flake
