For anyone that wants to make this:
- It’s super good and you should definitely make it
- If it doesn’t puff up add more baking powder (just a tiny bit at a time)
- The recipe is enough to make a lot (at least 25 shrimp)

Ingredients for the mix
2/3 cups of corn starch
3 eggs White
2 Table spoon of flour
Half a tea spoon of banking powder
Half a cup of cooking oil
2 table spoons of Water
