Fried Shrimp | Creole Fried Shrimp - Welcome back or to another Creole/Cajun recipe that is easy as 123... In this video I will show those of you that have never fried Shrimp before just how easy and fast it is to season and deep fry shrimp. The seasoning of choice today is, Creole Kick! It's made by Sweet Smokie Joe and it's just one of a few good tasting seasonings. The flavor profile is real folks! Authentic Creole flavor and real Creole Taste and the one thing that I really like about the seasoning is it doesn't have that strong bite of salt. It's the perfect blend of spices.

So if your looking for a good easy to follow video recipe then you've come to the right video. In this video I will show you by example how to make Crispy Creole Style Shrimp that will go perfect in your Po Boy or just with some dipping sauce as a appetizer. Either way, you've found the right video!

Ingredients

XL Shrimp
3/4 cup Flour
1/4 cup of your favorite Creole Seasoning (Creole Kick)
2 Eggs
3-4 dashes of Hot Sauce
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 2 Tbsp Milk

Pre - Heat your Oil to 350 F

Watching from Malawi. Africa. That tip to break the eggs separately is what i was taught at school in home economics class, jst to add on what you were told you need to have like 2 seperate bowl, 1 st bowl you break the egg in if its okey you drop it in the next bowl, you break another in the first bowl if its okey you drop it where another good egg is coz even when you break separate but are all dropped in one bowl then when one is bad you spoil the other eggs. When ever i teach someone to cook i always tell them that. I have watched several of your videos today and you have shown your appreciation to that subscriber thats great.

I'm from Louisiana too and never heard of Joe's. Thanks for the tip. I fry shrimp and Oysters at least 2x a month because everything is battered up here in the PNW. Two seasonings I always use that you might try also Is Bon CaCa and Everglades. Looking forward to the Cajun cookoff you are going to do.
