Once I came across this video, I had to try it and it was the BEST!!! I think the hardest part was removing the shells (2 & 1/2# XL shrimp was a lot). Wet batter - perfect! Grabbed the bread crumb/panko ingredients so fast, I was like “whoa, this is easy!” Thank you!!!
